- Registration for courses can be made either via phone, e-mail or in person during office hours.
- The minimum group size consists of six participants. If there are fewer participants, the school reserves the right to cancel or adjust the course. The course participants will be notified 14 days before the first lesson. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the school participants will receive a full refund of fees paid.
- The participant’s level of language proficiency is determined by the instructor in consultation with the participant.
- Participants will be invoiced for three months and can then decide whether to continue for an additional three months. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the course may be continued but the course fee will be adjusted accordingly.
- Invoices will be sent for the whole fee when a course is confirmed. The full course fee must be paid immediately without any reductions resulting from bank transfer fees etc.
- The course fee includes: placement testing, teaching and consulting services for learning. The course fee does not include: instructional materials, theft or accident insurance, exam fees or a certificate of completion.
- The duration of one lesson is 45 minutes.
- The participant should inform the instructor if he or she plans to take a certification exam after the course. An appropriate exam and examination date will be suggested. Exam fees must be paid immediately when the student registers. It is not possible to resign from the registration for the exam; fees cannot be refunded.
- No fees are refunded to course participants withdrawing after the start of the course. There are no refunds for partial participation.
- For cancellations more than four weeks before the start of the course a full refund of course fees paid will be made. For cancellations made less than four weeks before the start of the course refunds will be made according to the following scale: 5- 27 days: 20% of the course fee; 1-4 days: 70% of the course fee. No fees are refunded to participants withdrawing on the day of the beginning of the course.
- There are no lessons on public holidays.
- Participants have no claim to a particular instructor.
- Participants may receive a certificate of participation upon request. Regular attendance (75%) of the course is required.
- All information provided by the participant is strictly confidential.
- Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to participants who receive government funding (i.e. SGB).
- Examination fees are due on the day of registration.
- An administrative fee of 50,- € is charged for visa confirmations, if required.
